Tips for Voice care/vocal hygiene
- Minimize shouting/yelling.
- Minimize whispering.
- Minimize coughing and throat clearing.
- Do not compete vocally with noisy environments.
- Conserve the voice during periods of excessive fatigue and stress.
- Eat a well-balanced diet.
- Keep hydrated by drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day
